Nexstar Media Group's WTEN-TV in Albany, NY is hiring an entry-level Multi-Media Account Executive to grow TV and digital revenue. You will prospect, qualify, close and expand new business, handling contracts, follow-up and collections while developing compelling client presentations.

The role uses a consultative multimedia approach, with training provided and opportunities to work on advertising campaigns across broadcast and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and increase sales volume for TV and digital revenue.
• Prospect, qualify, close and grow NEW business; manage order entry, contracts, follow-up and collections.
• Produce client creatives and act as advocate for products and programs; deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Educate clients on available TV and Digital products and collaborate with station personnel on campaigns.
