• Performs recurring assignments, e.g. follow up on maintenance requests reported by guests, housekeeping or front desk.
• Incumbent assists in performing work in at least two of the following trades in the maintenance and repair of buildings and related fixtures.
• Maintains work order log and follow up as required.
• Reports status to supervisor.
