Qualifications

• Three years of general maintenance work across trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• Experience with standard maintenance tasks in facilities or lodging environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety and maintain secure facilities.
• Perform skilled maintenance tasks across trades as per work orders.
• Maintain and update the work order log and coordinate with contractors.
• Inspect and repair plumbing systems, electrical circuits, HVAC units, and building fixtures.
• Assist with painting, carpentry, and general facility upkeep as required.
