Job summary

The Navy Inn at NAS Lemoore is operated by NAVY Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM). We seek a personable Maintenance Worker to support the naval community with basic repairs and routine upkeep of lodging facilities. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and dependable service to military patrons and their families.

Typical duties include basic plumbing repairs, washer/dryer maintenance, and HVAC tasks. The position is part-time with on-base work; a valid state driver license may be required, and

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience.
• 3 years of maintenance work including painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical repairs.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders, stoop, bend, kneel, and work in uncomfortable positions.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing: Make basic plumbing repairs.
• Washer/Dryer: Perform routine maintenance.
• HVAC: Assist with HVAC tasks and basic servicing.
