Job summary

Prime Residential Property Management LP is seeking an entry-level Apartment Inspector I at Park La Brea in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves on-site inspections, documenting conditions, and coordinating with Facilities, Leasing, and Experience teams to keep units move-in ready.

You will walk the community, record observations, take photos, and perform basic maintenance tasks within training and policy guidelines. This is a full-time on-site position at Park La Brea.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and the ability to follow a checklist, observe apartment condition, and document findings accurately.
• Strong documentation skills with clear notes and photos.
• Calm, professional communication when interacting with residents.
• Willingness to learn and use mobile inspection tools and property-management software.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine apartment inspections following the checklist and schedule.
• Walk apartments and inspect items against quality standards.
• Record conditions, deficiencies, and safety concerns with notes and photos.
• Escalate incomplete work or issues to the Manager, Unit Turns.
• Enter inspection records in designated systems and keep paperwork organized.
