Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking an entry-level Apartment Inspector I for Park La Brea in Los Angeles, CA. You will perform pre-move-in and move-out inspections, record conditions with photos, and support maintenance tasks under supervision.

This on-site role requires vigilance, strong documentation, and collaboration with Facilities, Leasing, and Experience teams. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to learn mobile inspection tools while maintaining professional communication

Qualifications

Attention to detail and ability to follow a checklist with accuracy.
Document findings with notes and photos as part of routine inspections.
Strong communication skills for resident interactions and team handoffs.
Willingness to learn mobile inspection tools and photo documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; able to learn mobile tools and photo documentation.

Responsibilities

Complete routine apartment inspections following the approved checklist and schedule.
Physically inspect each unit and record conditions with notes and photos.
Enter inspection records in designated systems and keep paperwork organized.
Escalate incomplete work, access issues, or scheduling conflicts to the Manager, Unit Turns.
Coordinate inspection access with Facilities, Leasing, and Experience teams.
