Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Irwin, PA is seeking a Machine Operator / Molder for a manufacturing company. This entry-level role offers paid training and requires no prior manufacturing experience, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, repetitive work and a steady routine.

Shifts available: 1st shift at 7:00 AM–3:00 PM ($13.50/hr) and 3rd shift at 11:00 PM–7:00 AM ($14.50/hr). Training begins on 1st shift with progression through the schedule during the probationary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No previous manufacturing experience required – will train.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and following a consistent routine.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molding materials and place them into the machine.
• Operate molding equipment according to training and safety procedures.
• Remove finished parts from the machine.
• Inspect parts for quality and consistency.
• Clean and prepare parts as needed.
• Package completed products into boxes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and production instructions.
• Lift, push, or pull boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Other duties as required.
