• Lift, push, or pull boxes weighing up to 35 lbs

Express is seeking a Machine Operator / Molder for a manufacturing company in Irwin!

Entry-level opportunity with paid training! No previous manufacturing experience is required. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands‑on, repetitive work and a consistent routine.

SHIFTS:

1st Shift: $16.00/hr | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

3rd Shift: $17.00/hr | Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Training:

All new hires will train on 1st shift during their first week.

• First day: Start at 8:00 AM
• Remaining training days: Start at 7:00 AM
• Week 2: Move to your preferred/assigned shift
• Training week pay will be based on the assigned shift rate

Job Duties of the Machine Operator / Molder:
