Training starts on 1st shift with gradual shift adjustment and a pay-rate tied to the assigned shift. Responsibilities include operating molding equipment, inspecting parts for quality, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required; will train.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a warm environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molding materials and load them into the machine.
• Operate molding equipment according to training and safety procedures.
• Remove finished parts from the machine.
• Inspect parts for quality and consistency.
• Clean and prepare parts as needed.
• Package completed products into boxes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and production instructions.
• Lift, push, or pull boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Other duties as required.

Express is seeking a Machine Operator / Molder for a manufacturing company in Irwin!

Entry-level opportunity with paid training! No previous manufacturing experience is required. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on, repetitive work and a consistent routine.

Training:

All new hires will train on 1st shift during their first week.

• First day: Start at 8:00 AM
• Remaining training days: Start at 7:00 AM
• Week 2: Move to your preferred/assigned shift
• Training week pay will be based on the assigned shift rate
