Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Machine Operator / Molder in Irwin for an entry-level role with paid training. No prior manufacturing experience is required, making it ideal for hands-on and routine work.

The position offers 1st shift at $13.50/hr and 3rd shift at $14.50/hr, with training on 1st shift during the first week. Opportunity to advance within molding or other departments after probation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; training provided.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks and follow a consistent routine.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molding materials and load into the machine.
• Operate molding equipment per training and safety procedures.
• Remove finished parts from the machine.
• Inspect parts for quality and consistency.
• Clean and prepare parts as needed.
• Package completed products into boxes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and production instructions.
• Lift, push, or pull boxes up to 35 lbs.
• Other duties as required.
