Training starts on 1st shift with pay at the assigned shift rate; you’ll learn molding operations, safety procedures, and quality checks.

Qualifications

• No manufacturing experience required – training provided.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks and follow a routine.
• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molding materials and place them into the machine.
• Operate molding equipment according to training and safety procedures.
• Remove finished parts from the machine.
• Inspect parts for quality and consistency.
• Clean and prepare parts as needed.
• Package completed products into boxes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and production instructions.
• Lift, push, or pull boxes weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Other duties as required.

Express is seeking a Machine Operator / Molder for a manufacturing company in Irwin!

Entry-level opportunity with paid training! No previous manufacturing experience is required. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on, repetitive work and a consistent routine.

SHIFTS:

• 1st Shift: $16.00 /hr | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: $17.00 /hr | Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Training:

All new hires will train on 1st shift during their first week.

• First day: Start at 8:00 AM
• Remaining training days: Start at 7:00 AM
• Week 2: Move to your preferred/assigned shift
• Training week pay will be based on the assigned shift rate
