Job summary

Stratas Foods—a leading producer of fats, oils, dressings and related products—seeks a qualified mixer to support our production lines in Fresno, CA. You will operate mixing and related equipment, follow batch instructions, and help maintain quality and efficiency on the production floor.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in mixing or blending in a food-manufacturing setting, with a focus on safety, GMPs, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in mixing operations, machine operation, blending, food manufacturing, or related environment.
• Familiarity with GMPs and safety rules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing equipment and related processing lines.
• Monitor gauges, flow meters, and temperature controls.
• Follow batch sheets and production paperwork; document activities clearly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with training new employees and support other departments as needed.
