You will partner with operations, engineering, quality, supplier management, and program management to optimize labor, materials, and schedules for Flight Test Maintenance projects.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, process improvements, and collaboration across shops to meet cost and schedule commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• US Person for export control compliance.
• Ability to walk, stand and enter aircraft.
• Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Analyzes current and future business environment using established guidelines.
• Develops forecast, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources.
• Contributes to labor hour estimates for new or revised work packages.
• Develops recovery plans and monitors status to plan.
• Monitors performance against labor hour estimates.
• Supports integration of shop operating plans to maximize efficiency.
