The Boeing Company is seeking a Methods Process Analyst (Entry-Level or Associate) to join the Boeing Test & Evaluation Industrial Engineering team in Seattle or Tukwila, Washington. This role supports Flight Test Maintenance and partners with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and cost improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Experience in manufacturing or test environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze current and future business environments using established guidelines.
Develop forecast and utilization plans to optimize resources for program goals.
Contribute to labor hour estimates for test program work packages.
Develop recovery plans with data gathering and status monitoring.
Monitor performance against labor hour estimates.
Support the development and maintenance of integrated shop operating plans.
