You will perform sample preparation, testing, and basic equipment maintenance, learn mineral processing workflows, and contribute to a team focused on safe, accurate data and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn and follow mentor guidance.
• Basic math and familiarity with MS Office.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexibility to work swing/night shifts (<10%).
• Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily sample preparation and related workflows.
• Supports staff by performing mineral processing unit operations as directed.
• Maintains lab equipment and supplies.
• Basic calculations and reagent prep for bench/pilot testing.
• Works safely and keeps a clean lab area per SOPs.
