Job summary

Direct Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Entry-Level General Metal Worker for our fabrication workshop in Arkansas. You will assist in fabricating and finishing metal components for sprinkler systems, learning welding, powder coating, and assembly as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist fabrication and assembly of metal components for sprinkler systems.
• Cut, drill, deburr and prepare metal parts.
• Assist with basic welding and fabrication tasks (training provided).
• Prepare powder coating surfaces, including cleaning and masking.
• Operate powder coating equipment under supervision.
• Inspect finished products for quality and finish.
• Perform general workshop duties and housekeeping.
• Follow health, safety and quality procedures.
