Job summary

L&L Metal Fabrication in Tontitown, Arkansas is seeking an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our hands-on team. You’ll weld stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel from drawings and project specs, and contribute to varied custom fabrication jobs.

A successful candidate has 3+ years of TIG welding or metal fabrication experience, reads shop drawings, measures and fits parts with pride in quality, and works well both independently and with a team in a busy shop.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated TIG welding ability.
• Professional welding and/or metal fabrication experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience TIG welding stainless steel and/or aluminum strongly preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and accurately work from dimensions.
• Fabrication, fitting, measuring, grinding, and finishing skills.
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure and common fabrication tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fabrication team.
• Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.

If you’re an experienced welder who would rather build custom projects than make the same weld all day, we’d like to talk to you.

L&L Metal Fabrication is looking for an experienced TIG Welder / Fabricator to join our team in Tontitown, Arkansas. We build custom metal projects, so the work varies from job to job and requires craftsmanship, accuracy, and problem-solving.

We’re looking for someone who can TIG weld and fabricate—not just run production welds. You should be comfortable working from drawings, measuring and fitting parts, and taking pride in the appearance and quality of the finished product.

What You’ll Do

• TIG weld stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel
• Fabricate custom metal components and assemblies from drawings and project specifications

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position at our fabrication shop in Tontitown, Arkansas.

This is a hands-on role in an active metal fabrication environment. The position requires standing for extended periods, working around fabrication equipment, handling materials, and performing the physical tasks associated with welding and fabrication.
