Responsibilities

• Pull and file charts, shred, archive medical records.
• Reception, screening, and scheduling of appointments.
• Scanning and loose filing of records.
• Greet visitors at reception and screen callers.
• Schedule and verify appointments.
• Scan documents and perform loose filing tasks.
