Job summary

Vericel Corporation is seeking an entry-level Customer Care Associate I to provide day-to-day customer and sales support for Vericel products. You will be a contact for customers, field sales representatives, and internal partners, processing orders and coordinating delivery in accordance with Vericel policies.

Based in Burlington, MA, this onsite role runs Monday–Friday with hours between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service, healthcare, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and reliable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer service to customers and field reps via telephone and email.
• Support processing of orders and requests with complete, accurate information.
• Assist with order entry, tracking, price verification, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to ensure timely product delivery.
• Escalate complex or urgent issues to senior staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and transaction records in systems.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP, HIPAA, FDA requirements and document accordingly.
• Participate in on-call rotation after training and contribute to team projects.
