Job summary

Vericel Corporation is a leader in regenerative medicine, seeking a Manufacturing Associate for Burlington, MA to execute steps for commercial cell therapy products. Initial training will occur in Burlington and Cambridge.

You will perform manufacturing procedures in a clean room, handle aseptic cell culture, and document operations in cGMP records, with opportunity to cross-train in core competencies and participate in safety training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field, or HS diploma with 2+ years of cGMP experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing procedures in a clean room following SOPs, cGMPs and safety rules.
• Aseptic handling of cell culture operations.
• Document operations in Electronic Batch Records and log sheets per cGMPs.
• Maintain manufacturing areas in inspection-ready state and perform clean room sanitization.
• Cross-train in core competencies (e.g., 3T3, Media Prep, D365 ERP).
• Identify deviations and support deviation investigations.
