Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain logistics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in supply chain logistics, commercial operations, or related function; biotech/pharma/medical device preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, budgets, POs, contracts, and invoice reconciliation.
• Proficiency with logistics software and MS Office; familiarity with Concur, Veeva, eProcurement, Adobe tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor logistics performance measures and lead process improvements.
• Plan final delivery of MACI implants and Epicel grafts with coordination of weekly transport.
• Provide Airwaybills to QA for packaging procedures.
• Adjust schedules with Operations and courier; monitor shipments and resolve delays.
• Integrate logistics platform with Salesforce CRM for visibility and analytics.
• Manage vendor performance and spending; set service expectations and KPIs.
• Manage surgical tray consignment program and inventory planning.
