Job summary

Biomerics FMI LLC is seeking an Operator I to perform basic manufacturing tasks such as assembly, equipment operation, material handling, and inspection under close supervision. You will follow exact instructions, work with a team, and help maintain a clean, safe work area while learning key processes.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, and prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Typical duties include following SOPs/GMP and accurate traceability documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of experience in a medical device manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and operate equipment according to work instructions.
• Perform material handling and basic inspections to ensure product quality.
• Complete traceability forms and production documentation accurately.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety rules in all tasks.
• Maintain cleanroom or controlled environment and good housekeeping practices.
• Operate equipment under supervision and seek guidance when needed.
• Participate in on-the-job training and learn from supervisors and teammates.
