Job summary

Terumo Medical Corporation in Elkton, MD is seeking an entry-level Utility I to support multiple manufacturing departments. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, CGMPs, GDPs, and strict attention to patient safety.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks across operations, with a focus on quality and compliance. The position offers an opportunity to grow within a collaborative team environment, requiring good manual dexterity, precise process adherence, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow requirements of applicable national and international regulations.
• Closely adhere to all safety requirements.
• Perform representative utilities tasks including cutting, washing, rodding/derodding, sheath tip forming & inspection, dilator tip forming, silicon application, hand assembly, inflate/deflate (leak testing), RF welding (PVC welding), tube or valve bonding (gluing), curvature insertion.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation Practices.
• Participate in project performance team meetings to propose improvements.
• Follow Terumo Quality System including process controls, inspection procedures, document/data control, and change control practices.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
