Qualifications

  • 0 years of experience required.
  • Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, automotive, or electronics) is a plus.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Operate bench-top and floor-type manufacturing equipment, including machine tools and automated or semi-automated production equipment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and production schedules to meet quality and output goals.
  • Perform basic machine setup activities and make routine adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues during operation.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using gauges, fixtures, measuring tools, and other inspection equipment.
  • Verify product quality and document inspection results in accordance with established procedures.
  • Support quality control activities such as SPC as required.
  • Complete production records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Escalate equipment, process, or quality concerns to appropriate team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with teammates, production leads, engineers, and quality personnel to support manufacturing objectives.
