rms Company, a Cretex Medical affiliate, is seeking a Production Operator Assembler I to perform basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, packaging, and support tasks across multiple production areas. This entry-level role follows established procedures to produce high-quality medical device components and products on the 1st shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Read, write and follow written instructions in English.
• Perform basic math and use measurement equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and package components per customer specifications.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment used in the assembly process.
• Use sealing equipment for packaging and labeling.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow 5S.
• Complete production records and quality checks.
• Crosstrain across manufacturing areas.
• Follow ISO/cGMP quality requirements.
