The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with routine tasks, and eager to grow in medical billing, reporting to the Revenue Cycle Manager and collaborating with Billing Specialists.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Submit WCOMP claims and post payments in the PM system.
• Handle paper/electronic claims, refunds, and patient inquiries.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, organized billing files and documentation.
• Assist with routine clerical tasks and data entry for the billing team.
• Support the Revenue Cycle Manager and Billing Specialists as needed.
