Job Description

Mechanical Service Engineer: Our engineers have the responsibility of balancing hands-on work with customer care. As a Mechanical Service Engineer for the company, you would be traveling around the Americas and other various countries to install, retrofit, repair, and assess the company’s world-class products. Additionally, you would provide remote support to customers via phone and email correspondence when offsite.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent education/work experience
• Flexible schedule for frequent travel and occasional after-hours support
• Familiar with technical drawings and how to read them
• Knowledge of how to use and navigate 3D modeling software, preferably SolidWorks
• Basic understanding of computer applications and hardware
• Effective communication skills for conveying information clearly
• Business and sales acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
