Job Description

Mechanical Service Engineer: Our engineers are responsible for balancing hands-on work with customer care. As a Mechanical Service Engineer, you will travel around the Americas and other countries to install, retrofit, repair, and assess the company's world-class products. Additionally, you will provide remote support to customers via phone and email when offsite.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent education/work experience
• Flexible schedule for frequent travel and occasional after-hours support
• Familiarity with technical drawings and reading them
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software, preferably SolidWorks
• Basic understanding of computer applications and hardware
• Strong communication skills
• Business and sales acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
