Job summary

TAIT is seeking an entry-level Associate Mechanical Integrator in Lititz, PA to learn mechanical integration for live entertainment. You will support assembly, testing, and field setup under supervision, gaining skills in staging, rigging, and motion systems while contributing to team projects.

Ideal candidates have a GED or high school diploma, basic technical background, and a strong willingness to learn. Domestic and international travel (~100 days/year) is expected as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma is required.
• Basic technical or mechanical background is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is expected.
• Strong written communication and willingness to learn are essential.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 100 days/yr).
• Based in Lititz, US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic integration tasks under close supervision.
• Support shop testing and field setup with guidance from seniors.
• Learn tools, techniques, and safety practices through hands-on experience.
