Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
  • 0–2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with CAD/CAE tools and design documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test mechanical components and machinery.
  • Create models and prototypes; participate in fabrication and installation as needed.
  • Review drawings, perform analyses, and validate designs with calculations.
  • Communicate progress with hourly production staff and leadership.
  • Apply lean principles and DFMs to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Support engineering changes through established processes and documentation.
