Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking an assembly-focused candidate for straightforward fitting and mechanical assembly work. You will use hand and power tools, operate cranes/hoists, and perform basic inspections to ensure parts meet specs.

No prior experience is required, and training will be provided. The role includes maintaining records, following safety guidelines, and contributing to team projects while protecting the company’s reputation and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints.
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple fitting and/or mechanical type assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using hand tools, power tools, or equipment.
• Operate cranes and hoists or lift tables.
• Perform basic inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standards.
• Identify product defects and report on issues to appropriate personnel.
• Keep accurate production records/logs.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should ensure compliance across teams.
• Protect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
