Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. You will assemble parts using basic hand and power tools, follow instructions, and maintain quality and documentation in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No previous manufacturing experience required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Use basic hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Follow drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Inspect completed work for defects and quality issues.
• Perform basic measurements as required.
• Maintain accurate production documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily quality and production expectations.
• Assist with other manufacturing duties as needed.
