Job summary

Aerotek is seeking Entry-Level Assemblers for our Anoka, MN facility. You will assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products, reading blueprints and building mechanical assemblies with hand and power tools.

No prior manufacturing experience is required, you will receive on-the-job training and grow with the team. We offer first-, second-, and third-shift options with weekly pay and a contract-to-hire path.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in manufacturing and assembly work.
• Experience using hand or power tools preferred.
• Previous assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble copper piping, rubber tubing, and cooling system components.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions.
• Learn brazing and grinding techniques.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Follow safety procedures and production standards.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Stand for the duration of the shift.
