Aaon Coil Products Inc. in Central Oregon is hiring Entry-Level Assemblers to support production of state-of-the-art HVAC systems.

You will rotate between assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping on a fast-paced line, gaining hands-on skills in multiple trades. We offer flexible shifts, competitive benefits including medical, dental and vision, a 401(k) and an HSA with 175% employer match.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Read and interpret engineering specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install and fit parts for HVAC equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering specifications from text and drawings.
• Position and align subassemblies in jigs.
• Operate power hand tools and use measuring instruments.
• Maintain safety and comply with regulatory practices.
