Aaon Coil Products Inc. is seeking Entry-Level Assemblers for our Redmond, OR facility. You will rotate through assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing and wrapping on a fast-paced line, learning multiple trades and building your HVAC manufacturing career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to learn multiple assembly trades.
• Basic reading of engineering specs and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, and install parts for HVAC equipment.
• Perform basic low-voltage electrical wiring as needed.
• Read and interpret engineering specs from drawings.
• Attach brackets, hinges, or clips to secure components.
• Operate power hand tools and read tape measures.
• Work on an assembly line rotating between tasks.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
