Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Learn deburring and air grinding operations under supervision.
• Read blueprints to verify work and ensure precision.

Responsibilities

• Learn to maintain and operate deburring tools.
• Read blueprints to verify work completed.
• Accurately complete production documentation and labor transactions.
• Follow EHS, Quality, and CI rules and guidelines.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and safety activities.
• Work under immediate supervision with detailed instructions.
• Develop basic job skills and learn company policies and procedures.
• Perform routine, repetitive tasks with limited judgment.
• Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment and light equipment.
• Overtime beyond 40 hours as scheduled may be required.
• Willingness to work nonstandard hours; some holidays may be required.
