Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Mechanic to join our field service team.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet of equipment, including Aerial Work Platforms, pumps, HVAC systems, generators, and other heavy equipment, with safety as priority. The role requires 3–5 years of diesel/heavy equipment experience, a high school diploma or GED (trade training preferred), and the ability to use or provide your own tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade school preferred.
• 3–5 years diesel/heavy equipment mechanic experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs.
