Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• No prior laboratory experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply testing procedures and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to lift and move testing materials and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests on concrete, soil, and asphalt per procedures.
• Prepare, handle, and process samples with accurate documentation.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate lab testing equipment.
• Follow testing procedures to ensure data accuracy.
• Support quality control by reporting irregular results.
• Maintain a clean, safe laboratory environment.
