Job summary

Emerson's Austin facility is seeking an entry-level Material Handler I to support daily receiving, stocking, moving, and shipping RMA orders. You will help maintain accurate inventory and ensure smooth material flow to manufacturing and warehouse operations.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to learn ERP-based processes; training is provided for Oracle and order workflows. We offer a safe, collaborative environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-1 year of warehouse/material handling experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred (Oracle experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine material handling tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping RMA orders.
• Transport materials within the facility using pallet jacks and hand tools.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Enter and update inventory data in the ERP or inventory management system.
• Assist with cycle counts and support inventory control processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to policies.
• Follow standard operating procedures and complete assigned tasks and projects.
