PENN Entertainment is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Missouri to join our dynamic team. You will plan and execute promotions, deliver excellent customer service, and coordinate VIP events to drive brand visibility and guest engagement.

Starting at $17.50 per hour, this role offers a path for growth within a fast-paced environment. Applicants should be 21+, available nights and weekends, and possess strong communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all promotions, giveaways, drawings, and VIP events
• Provide excellent face to face customer service
• Provide recaps and feedback from all promotions
• Create and distribute marketing materials to other departments
• Coordinate and lead promotional planning
• Able to stand for extended periods of time during promotions and events
• Build strong relationships with other departments and vendors
• Learn promotional program platforms and databases
• Document promotional details, build, and review
