DRIVE NASHVILLE INC in NYC is seeking an entry-level Marketing & Management candidate with restaurant or hospitality experience. You will join 2–3 marketing teams and receive paid training as you aim for Managing Director roles within a year. Relocation to NYC within 2–3 weeks is expected for top candidates.

Ideal candidates are comfortable talking to all types of people, work well in fast-paced environments, and are motivated to grow into leadership positions. Local interviews preferred.

We’ve recently partnered with a new client in NYC and are building 2–3 marketing teams around top performers. We’re looking for people with experience in restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or other fast-paced environments who are ready to turn those skills into a long-term career. While this is an entry-level position, our goal is to train top performers into Managing Director roles within a year.

Our ideal candidate:

• Restaurant, hospitality, bartending or customer service experience
• Confident and comfortable talking to all types of people
• Strong team player with a competitive mindset
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Based in NYC or able to relocate within 2–3 weeks
