We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level AT&T Sales & Marketing Representative.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands‑on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership development. In this role, you’ll represent AT&T products and services through face-to-face customer interactions in a retail environment.

Team members receive the training, tools, and real-world experience needed to develop strong communication and sales skills while learning how to effectively introduce customers to AT&T wireless products, service options, and current promotions.

No previous telecommunications or sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help new team members succeed.

Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face with customers within a retail environment
• Represent AT&T products and services professionally
• Educate customers on available wireless plans, devices, services, and current promotions
• Ask questions to understand individual customer needs
• Recommend appropriate AT&T products and service options based on customer needs
• Assist interested customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Build positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Generate new customer leads and support customer acquisition efforts
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T products, services, and promotions
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training
• Collaborate with team members and management to support overall performance

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in customer service, retail, marketing, or sales preferred, but not required
