• Set up and deliver marketing presentations on behalf of our clients.

• Manage site relationships and coordinate travel for networking events every 2–3 months.
• Conduct monthly progress check-ins with the team and stay aligned with client initiatives.

Welcome to Drive! We have recently taken on a new client in our Wilmington location and are looking to build 2-3 marketing teams around top performers. While this starts as an entry level role, we are looking for longevity. We would like to internally train a few select candidates from an assistant role to a managing director position within the span of a year. It may seems fast, but this is the speed our clients are looking to grow and we have never backed down from a challenge yet.
Our ideal candidate:

Responsibilities include:

• Set up and execute marketing presentations on behalf of our clients
• Provide daily feedback to team lead and weekly feedback to the account manager, covering all KPIs required
• Site relationship management
• Travel for networking events once every 2-3 months
• Conduct monthly presentations to other team members to check in on progress
• Keep up to date with client initiatives
• Prepare market research prior to any new events
• Suggest additional sources of revenue

We are new to Wilmington and looking to build a strong foundation we can grow from. All of our employees receive paid training, are offered a base salary with the opportunity to earn bonuses and benefits after 90 days. We are looking to fill this role immediately so we will be prioritizing candidates in the local area who can come in for in person interviews.
