Adecco, in partnership with Whirlpool Corporation, is hiring entry-level manufacturing workers in Kentucky. You will operate production lines, assist with assembly, and join a collaborative team in a modern facility.

Shifts include 1st and 3rd; pay ranges from $19.75 to $20.75 per hour with overtime and full benefits. Temp-to-hire opportunities may lead to permanent roles with Whirlpool.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Willingness to obtain a diploma or GED to transition into a permanent Whirlpool role.
• Able to stand for the duration of the shift and move around the warehouse.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines or stations to assemble and install parts with precision.
• Use hand tools or automated equipment to ensure quality assembly.
• Crating and packaging of materials and finished goods with safety focus.
• Follow verbal and written instructions to uphold safety standards.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
