Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates within one or more area in a continuous flow manufacturing process to meet production and quality standards.
• Identifies process disruptions and makes minor adjustments per SOPs.
• Performs routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Follows safety policies and OSHA regulations to prevent injuries.
• Practices lean principles and participates in Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
• Monitors processes using meters, gauges and related controls to ensure specifications.
