Weyerhaeuser is seeking qualified candidates for full-time entry-level production positions at the Engineered Lumber Products facility in Natchitoches, Louisiana. The wage is $19.53 per hour with gainsharing bonus opportunities and benefits including 401K match, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

You will operate equipment, perform maintenance, and ensure product quality. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work 12-hour shifts including

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work any shift including graveyards and 12-hour shifts.
• Good communication skills and basic math with computer use.
• Pre-employment testing required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs/ascend catwalks.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to work in Natchitoches, LA.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment for engineered lumber products.
• Perform preventive maintenance and cleanup on equipment.
• Work safely and in a team environment; troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Contribute to process improvement in the work area.
• Operate forklifts to manage product flow and perform quality checks.
• Complete shift paperwork and attend team meetings/trainings.
