CMI Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking entry level manufacturing personnel for the night shift. Positions include Grind straighten, Parts Washer, and Tumbler Operator. Pay is $20 per hour, with night shift differential and on-the-job training provided.

No prior experience is required; we value a hands-on mindset and a willingness to learn. This is a long-term manufacturing career opportunity in a fast-paced aerospace/defense setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, lift, bend, stoop, squat, or walk for the majority of the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted.
• Excellent attendance (40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday).

Entry Level Manufacturing Position for NIGHT SHIFT

(Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing setting)

Location: 3617 E La Salle St, Phoenix, AZ 85040

Shift: Full time, night shift (2:30 pm to 1 am) Monday - Thursday

Hourly Pay: $20 per hour (including the night shift differential pay) Paid training provided!
