Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a leading automotive parts manufacturer in Blanchester, Ohio to offer an entry-level manufacturing role. No prior experience needed; after 60 days there is potential for permanent placement. You will be part of a safety-focused team on the assembly line, with training provided to help you succeed.

Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with hourly pay of $17.00–$18.00. Overtime may be available, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; entry-level positions available.
• Steel-toe footwear and long pants are required.
• Ability to stand for long periods with regular breaks.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, including mandatory overtime when necessary.
