Job summary

Adecco is hiring for a leading automotive parts manufacturer in Blanchester, Ohio. This entry-level role on the assembly line offers a clear path to permanent placement after 60 days and a safety-focused, team-driven environment.

As an entry-level team member, no prior manufacturing experience is required beyond a high school diploma or GED. Training is provided, with pay starting at $17.00/hour on 1st shift and $18.00/hour on 2nd/3rd shifts, plus overtime options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior manufacturing experience necessary—entry-level positions available.
• Steel-toe footwear and long pants are required.
• Ability to stand throughout your shift with regular breaks.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, including mandatory overtime when necessary.
