Job summary

Adecco is seeking entry-level manufacturing teammates for a leading automotive parts manufacturer in Blanchester, Ohio. No prior manufacturing experience is required; you will join a dedicated team on the assembly line with a clear pathway to permanent placement after 60 days.

Shifts pay $17.00/hour for 1st shift and $18.00/hour for 2nd/3rd shifts, with overtime and training provided. Comprehensive benefits and potential for permanent employment after 60 days are included.

Qualifications

• No experience required for entry-level manufacturing roles.
• Entry-level positions available on the assembly line.
• Steel-toe footwear and long pants required.
• Ability to stand for long periods with regular breaks.
• Schedule includes Monday–Friday with mandatory overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive parts on the production line in a safety-focused environment.
• Contribute to quality and efficiency goals on the line.
• Participate in training and adapt to shift schedules.
